Stop for starter handle V2

This rubber-based shock absorber is placed between the return pulley and the starter handle.

It allows the pilot to reach the handle more easily while preventing it from suddenly striking the pulley when the pilot lets go.

Its spherical tip allows it to come to center automatically on the pulley and prevent the handle from getting crooked.
